The Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP Platino by Cazzola & Fiorini is made from seven different grape varieties: Lambrusco, Sangiovese, Trebbiano, Albana, Ancellotta, Fortana and Montuni. Each of them brings different and distinctive aromatic notes. The aged wine vinegar is added to these grapes to allow the balance between sweet and sour, typical of the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
