Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP Platino from Cazzola & Fiorini is made from grapes of seven different varieties: Lambrusco, Sangiovese, Trebbiano, Albana, Ancellotta, Fortana and Montuni. Each of them brings different and distinctive aromatic notes. To these grapes is added the aged wine vinegar to allow the balance between sweet and sour, typical of the balsamic vinegar of Modena.
