The traditional balsamic vinegar is obtained from barrels where it is aged for at least 12 years. Expert tasters then decide on its ranking according to two different categories Affinato (aged) or Extravecchio
Age: 12 years
Matching: Seasoning marinades and dressing fresh vegetables; it can also be cooked briefly to enrich sauces
Tasting notes: The slightly acidic hint of Orange Label Balsamico blends perfectly with the aromas of the various wooden barrels in which it has been aged - a pungent bouquet on the finish
