Caminada ham knife
The ham knife with its long, narrow blade is ideal for cutting large, well-smoked ham, but also for filleting fish and cutting wafer-thin slices of meat. It can also be used as a filleting knife.
The ham knife Caminada made of forged Solingen steel with a walnut handle from Prättigau ensures good feel and perfect knife guidance. Thanks to the collaboration with Andreas Caminada, the entire range, in particular the ham knife, meets the quality standards and philosophy of the three Michelin-star chef. At the age of 33, Andreas Caminada received three Michelin stars and 19 GaultMillau points and cooks for guests from all over the world in the Schauenstein Castle in Fürstenau.
Andreas Caminada has fulfilled his long-standing dream: “To design my own preferred knives so that they correspond to my philosophy and design language.” This is how his own hand-forged knife was created in the Güde factory.
