The Perle all'aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP from Cazzola & Fiorini are small spheres (3.5 to 5 mm), with a soft consistency, made from the finest and purest balsamic vinegar. They are an original and creative way to enhance the taste of meat, fish, antipasti, vegetables and sweets.
Tasting: The high density means that the exquisite taste and the rich aromas and flavours are concentrated and therefore very intense
