Kitchencorner has designed its shipping flat rate according to a simple and clear system so that you know immediately how expensive the delivery is and by when the delicacies should be with you.

The flat shipping fee simply depends on the type of product:

Shipping method	Switzerland
No freshness product	CHF 9.-
Freshness product	CHF 25.-
Caviar	CHF 25.-

The caviar is sent directly by our partner so that as little time as possible elapses between the removal of the caviar and its enjoyment in your home

- Delivery is carried out from Tuesday to Saturday between 7 and 9 o'clock
- The package must be received personally
- No deliveries possible on Sundays and Mondays

With the rest of the delicacies (No freshness product / Freshness product) your order will be processed and handed over to "Die Post" for dispatch on the next working day after the order (priority dispatch of the post office = delivery within 24 hours).

- Delivery will be from Tuesdays to Fridays between 7 - 9 o'clock executed
- No deliveries possible on Saturdays and Sundays
- If you order delicatessen from different categories (no freshness product / freshness product), you will receive a package at the cost of the freshness product.

In case of product availability, your order will arrive two days after your order (order receipt working day). Should your order not be delivered to you after 2-3 working days from the date of the dispatch confirmation and should you also not have received any information from the post office, please contact our customer service department (info@kitchencorner.ch / 041 227 80 70).
