The Salsizmesser with board is made in Switzerland. The Salsizmesser mit Brett consists of a forged knife made of surgical steel and a handle made of walnut wood, as well as a magnetic cutting board, also made of walnut wood.
With the Salsizmesser mit Brett you can effortlessly cut sausage, dried meat and salami into thin slices. The Salsizmesser with board enhances every aperitif and festive buffet or becomes an eye-catcher on the breakfast table.
In the high-tech steel originally developed for aircraft construction, some of the carbon was replaced by nitrogen. This makes the blades extra hard (58 HRC *, instead of often only 52-56 HRC), keeps their cut and is up to 4 times more rust-resistant than many common carbon steels. Rough and fine sanding as well as fine deduction are carried out by a master hand: the guarantee for special sharpness and precision.
