Naked Queen is inspired by Grimm's fairy tale "The Emperor's New Clothes". Restrained and discreet on the nose, as befits a queen. Shiny silver color in the glass. Citrus notes on the nose, surrounded by a slightly buttery note, pepper, limestone and exotic background. On the palate a mineral touch, rich in extracts, concentrated with dominant acidity structure and striking finish. The Chardonnay portion is aged in oak for 5 months and the Assyrtiko wine is aged in acacia wood for 9 months. A white wine designed to develop very well in the bottle.
