The leaves of the Moringa, also called the miracle tree, are bright green and soft in taste. Together with pineapple, they create a special treat - mild and aromatic like a tropical cocktail.
Moringa Oleifera has many names: Miracle Tree, Tree of Life, Horseradish Tree (because its roots smell like horseradish) and even "Drumstick Tree," this because of its drooping bean fruits that look like drumsticks.
