The distillery Studer from Escholzmatt has been around since 1883 and is still run as a family business today. The credo of this traditional company is: distilling is manual labour. Each distillate is still brewed by hand - unadulterated and close to the natural flavour. Whether cherries, pears, plums, apples or juniper, time and fruit are processed in Entlebuch.
