Windspiel Buy Vodka Barrel Aged Potato (50cl)

The vintage vodka. Only particularly starchy potatoes of the Pirol variety are used for the 2016 vintage vodka. They were planted last year on the farm at Windspiel and processed in a special process with three fine brandies to produce an alcohol that is delicately mild and reflects the characteristics of the potato. After several months of ageing in ash barrels, the combination of fine mildness and noble potato flavour comes out even better.
