Godello is the up-and-coming grape variety for Spanish white wines. The esencial BLANCO impresses with its pleasant combination of fruit and acidity. The nose reveals the fruitiness of the Bierzo with its D.O. protected "Reineta" apple. On the palate, there is a slight hint of ripe apples and a few citrus flavours. The wine captivates with its fullness and lightness and convinces with a beautiful, soft finish. The wine is ideal for an aperitif or to enjoy without food as well as with freshwater fish such as trout, which are particularly popular in the Bierzo from the rivers "Burbia" and "Valcarce".
