We have Friedricht the Great to thank for the cultivation of two valuable commodities: potatoes and white mulberries. For our Distillers Cut, we have therefore macerated and distilled selected white mulberries in our own potato alcohol. Once intended for silk production, the berries perfectly round off our incomparably mild dry gin with their fine, fruity flavour. Fresh, distilled raspberries also provide a particularly intense fruity flavour.
