The basis for this Aperitivo Rosé is Trebbiano and plant extracts (wormwood, elderflower, coriander, strawberries and raspberries from Italy, pink grapefruit, orange and lemon peel), which are extracted for 30 days. Wine, plant extract and alcohol are mixed and shaken before being stored in chrome steel tanks for six months. Before bottling, the Aperitivo Rosé is filtered.

Character:
Thanks to the use of citrus peel and spices, it impresses with its fruity, tangy flavour. The ideal summer refreshment as an aperitif before a meal.
