This first-class, hand-picked sea salt from the coasts of Messolongi is unrefined and without added iodine. The typical gray-white coloring represents a special quality feature and ensures a high recognition value. It can be used in a variety of ways in the kitchen. This pure sea salt is obtained in the salt flats of the nature reserve near the Greek village of Messolonghi. The ancient Greeks already appreciated the purity of this product and gave it the name Anthos Alatos, which corresponds to the French name Fleur de Sel.
